What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Hi doctor, i just did my urine analysis, report shows Appearance: turbid, PH 5.5 ,Albumin: F-tracel, Sugar: Nil Pus Cells 5-10, RBC: nil- Epithelian Cells 2-3 Mucus: Nil, Bacteria ++ Cast: Nil, crystal: Nil, pleae advise what does my report means, is it something serious to worry about this

Hello

Your findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by turbid appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells,bacteria in urine.
Trace amount of protein is normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.
